The Rocket app 🚀 is here to make food delivery quick and easy. Our goal is to deliver within 30min. All we care about is that our customers are happy with their breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Download the Rocket app to order food at home or to the office 🎉. We deliver from nearby cafes, restaurants and bars to make sure the food doesn’t get cold and is ready to eat as soon as it arrives at your door. If you’re not sure what to eat, just have a look at our home page. Choose from our selected categories such as «healthy food», 🥗 «sushi», 🍣 and «burgers» 🍔. Find something that will satisfy your craving and fill you with energy! You can also have a look at the list of all the restaurants instead and select one from there. Once you’ve made your order, you can track the status of delivery in the Rocket app. When our delivery person is approaching with your order, you will receive a push notification.

At Rocket, we care about every single customer. In order to provide high-quality service and keep you safe, we abide by the current health and safety measures. You can select contactless home delivery. The delivery person will wear a mask and keep a safe distance throughout your interaction. You can conveniently pay by card 💳 and track the geolocation of the courier.

Delivery Terms
The delivery time is between 30 and 60 minutes. We use special thermal bags that will ensure your dish is delivered warm. You can order a meal for one or a whole feast for a big group 👨👩👧👧.
Rocket will deliver an order for any taste
Choose — hot pizza or sushi 🍙 and rolls, delicious burgers, wok 🍜 or ramen noodles, shawarma and falafel, desserts, 🍧 coffee, or alcoholic drinks 🍷.
Rocket now operates in Ukraine, Portugal (Lisbon), the Netherlands (Amsterdam), France (Lille, Toulouse), Greece (Athens), and Cyprus. But Rocket is rapidly expanding its delivery area and very soon it will be in your city!

With every update, the Rocket team adds more functionality for you. Now, if your order is cancelled from the Rocket side, you will receive a notification about the reason. Another update — in your personal profile there is a button “Delete profile”. Of course, you have this possibility now but think twice before doing it.
Rain or shine — in all weathers — the Rocket courier, hurries deliver hot and yummy food for you.
After completing the order, you can rate courier’s work and thank him (or her) for a good service by leaving a tip right in the Rocket app.
If everything went well, you can leave a tip immediately after the review or from the delivered orders screen.
You are exactly that person who has a significant influence on the quality of restaurant services and the professional growth of the courier. It is very important for us that you appreciate the contribution of each of them.
Go to the order details screen in the app → Click «Leave a review» → Check out the new, user-friendly interface of the screen and write your opinion about the current order in Raketa.
Rocket is entering the new orbits!
We did extensive preliminary work for this purpose:
— We’ve adapted our Rocket to all citizens of the Universe needs.
— We added the coordinates, phone numbers, and messengers all locals are using.
— The new intergalactic currency has implemented — Euro (€).

Just click "Repeat order" on the Orders history screen and Raketa is almost on your doorstep.
In this update:
- Fixed some bugs;
- Optimized application performance
This time we have added the following features to the Raketa application:
— the choice of delivery address has become more convenient;
— try to save addresses of frequent deliveries so as not to enter them every time you place an order;
—- or use recent addresses from the list in your profile;
— a small and cute animation around the Raketa user icon and a mark on the profile screen will remind you of an active order.
In this update:
- Fixed some bugs;
- Optimized application performance.
In the new version of the Raketa application, we have improved the ability to select additional dishes to the main one.
It is now easier to choose sauce for fries or cola from the main menu.

What’s new in the Raketa app?
— Leaving a review about specific restaurant you have a possibility to clarify the reason by choosing from the list below;
— Breakfasts, lunches and dinners (available at a certain time of the day) are added to the items list;
— An additional way to contact Support is added - Viber.
In this version of the Raketa app:
- Changed the process of entering the phone number during authorization
- Other minor changes
We released new interface design of the Raketa app’s home page.
— You may choose: Food category, Popular Restaurant, or use the Search Bar to find what you need exactly from the Home page of the app
— We changed the address and time selection process
— A few minor changes in interface design were released. We hope this contributes your positive user experience and makes the process of ordering food easier.
